Exchange / USDC - EUR
Casa Exchange exchanges USDC for euros, with EUR received in cash or to a bank account, including via SEPA. We work with OTC transactions from the equivalent of 10 000 USD and prepare all components in advance. Before the transaction, you know the final USDC/EUR exchange rate, the exact amount to be received, all costs, and the timeframe.

We have moved away from the practice of hidden margins and floating spreads. When you plan to buy USDC with euros or carry out the reverse conversion, the final figures are fixed at the time the request is agreed. You know the exact amount of expenses and the final amount to be received even before the transaction begins.
Cash EUR or a bank payout via SEPA is prepared for your amount before the USDC is sent. Our own liquidity reserves and a network of verified counterparties allow us to confidently work with significant volumes of fiat and stablecoins.
One specialist coordinates the ERC20 transaction, documents, and receipt of EUR. You have one point of contact and a clear procedure from the request to the final settlement.
We conduct an AML/KYC analysis of the USDC, verify the ERC20 address, and prepare documents for the further movement of euros. For every transaction, the main scenario and a Plan B are prepared in advance in case of external changes.
USDC → EUR is used for crediting funds to a European account, large purchases, personal expenses, corporate payments, or receiving cash. Two market factors are combined here: the value of USDC and the dollar-to-euro ratio. Therefore, the nominal peg of USDC to USD does not mean an automatic or identical result in EUR.
Casa calculates the actual price for the entire amount and fixes it before the transaction. You send USDC only after you see the exact amount of euros and agree on the method of receiving them.

For a cash payout, Casa agrees in advance on the available location, date, time, and amount. The required amount of EUR is reserved for the confirmed request. Meeting details are shared only with the direct participants.
Euros can be transferred to an agreed IBAN that accepts EUR. Before the transaction, Casa checks the account holder, payment details, payment purpose, and documents. For a company, the team prepares an invoice and supporting materials.
After USDC is confirmed, the payment is initiated immediately. The further timeframe depends on the banks. SEPA Instant may arrive within minutes if your bank supports this format; standard SEPA is processed according to banking regulations.
Casa takes into account the current market price of USDC, the USD/EUR ratio, the amount, and the payout method. A single price for the entire agreed amount protects against slippage that occurs when a large amount is sold sequentially.
All network, banking, cash handling, and operational expenses are already included in the rate. After the terms are agreed, Casa does not add a separate fee for support, documents, or payment processing.
European banks pay particular attention to the origin of digital capital. Casa conducts an automated analysis of USDC and the sender’s address before the main transaction. This helps exclude compromised wallets and prepare a clear history of the funds in advance.
If Source of Funds confirmation is required, the manager determines the appropriate document, helps prepare it, and checks the package before USDC is sent. Such preparation significantly reduces the risk of unexpected requests.

OTC exchange
A large sale of USDC through a retail exchange can result in a different price for each part and trigger additional checks after the asset has already been sent. Issues related to bank crediting, documents, and conversion into EUR also have to be handled separately. This removes control over the final result. Casa Exchange combines everything into one OTC transaction. We check the USDC, prepare the documents, fix the rate for the entire amount, and reserve the euros.
Before the transaction, you know the exact amount of EUR, the payout method, and the timeframe. For a B2B transaction, Casa also prepares an invoice, supporting documents, and a clear link between the USDC, the recipient, and the basis for the payment. If the euros are sent to several parties, the payouts are distributed into controlled stages in advance. The entire transaction retains one final plan, one responsible team, and an agreed result.
Each stage is confirmed before the next portion of USDC is transferred. You see the current amount, recipient, and payout status, while Casa maintains control over the documents, reserve, and timeframes until the settlement is fully completed.
