Exchange / USDC - USD
Casa Exchange exchanges USDC for US dollars, with USD received in cash or to a bank account. We work with OTC transactions from the equivalent of 10 000 USD and prepare the entire process before your transaction: we check USDC on the ERC20 network, agree on the payout method, reserve the amount, and prepare the documents. You see the final exchange rate, all costs, the exact USD amount, and the timeframe in advance.

Casa will fix the rate, all expenses, the USD amount, and the timeframe. You will immediately receive the main scenario and a Plan B for carrying out the transaction.
03
Casa will perform an express analysis of the USDC and prepare the necessary supporting materials for the selected payout format.
04
Send the asset to the confirmed ERC20 address. Before the transaction, the manager will check the network, address, and amount once again.
05
After the USDC is confirmed, Casa immediately initiates the cash payout or USD bank payment and monitors the transaction until the final crediting.

USDC is pegged to the dollar, but the payout method and expenses affect the final result. Casa immediately shows the exact amount of USD, so there is no difference between expectations and the actual result during the process.
The cash reserve or banking scenario is confirmed in advance. Our own liquidity reserves and a network of verified counterparties allow us to confidently work with significant volumes of fiat and stablecoins.
One specialist coordinates the transaction, documents, and USD payout. Casa remains responsible for the entire process until the final settlement.
Before the transaction, we conduct an AML/KYC analysis of the USDC and check the network and address again. The documentation and Plan B are prepared in advance to reduce risks during the further movement of funds.
For the transaction, Casa provides an address on the ERC20 network. Before sending, the manager checks the network, address, and exact amount to eliminate any technical error. After sending, the USDC must receive the required number of confirmations on the Ethereum network. As soon as this stage is completed, Casa proceeds with the payout without an internal queue or postponement until the next day.

Casa arranges cash USD payouts in Dubai, Warsaw, Los Angeles, and other cities. We agree on the available location, date, time, and amount in advance. The USD reserve is prepared before the USDC transaction. You arrive to receive the already prepared amount under the fixed terms. If the amount is extremely large, Casa may offer a phased payout. The schedule, amount of each stage, and corresponding portion of USDC are agreed before the start, so the entire settlement remains predictable.
Dollars can be transferred to an agreed personal or corporate account that accepts USD. Casa checks the payment details, account holder, payment purpose, and documents that may be required by the bank. For a B2B payout, the team prepares an invoice and supporting materials.
We initiate the payment immediately after the USDC is confirmed. The further timeframe depends on the participating banks. If the recipient’s bank has an additional question, Casa helps prepare explanations and supporting documents for the transaction.
USDC is designed to maintain a value close to the US dollar, but an OTC payout includes more than just the price of the asset. The final result is affected by the current market, volume, receiving method, network costs, and banking costs. Casa does not hide these components behind the promise of “1:1”. Before the transaction, you receive the actual final rate and the exact amount of USD. All expenses are already included in the calculation; after the terms are agreed, there are no additional Casa fees.
A company’s USDC can be converted into USD for crediting to a corporate account or payment to an agreed recipient. Casa checks the structure of the transaction against contracts and invoices and then prepares supporting documents for accounting.
If part of the dollars is needed in cash and part to an account, the team combines both formats into one calculation. You see the amount and timeframe of each stage in advance, but interact with one responsible party. Before the start, Casa once again confirms all parameters: the ERC20 address, USD recipient, payout method, and exact amount. This is the final control point, after which the transaction proceeds according to the agreed scenario without the need to independently coordinate the bank, cash desk, or documents.

OTC exchange
Selling a large amount of USDC through a regular platform can cause slippage, distribution of the order across different prices, and automatic account suspension for verification. In this format, the client only learns the actual result after several transactions.
Casa Exchange works differently. We conduct an express analysis of USDC, prepare a USD reserve in advance, and fix a single price for the entire agreed amount. Before the transfer, you know the exact amount to be received, the timeframe, the payout method, and all expenses. There is no fixed maximum limit. For an exceptionally large request, Casa separately prepares the reserve, schedule, and banking compliance.
For corporate settlements, Casa prepares an invoice and the necessary supporting documents. If the bank delays the payment or the availability of the agreed format changes, a Plan B is already prepared. You do not need to sell the asset again or look for another payout channel.
If the dollars are needed by several recipients or on different dates, the team prepares the schedule and documentation logic for each payment in advance. Before each stage, the USDC amount and the corresponding payout are verified. This maintains control over the large amount and allows you to see not separate transactions, but a completed financial operation.
All changes are agreed before the next asset transfer. Therefore, even a multi-component payout does not create chaos: you have one up-to-date calculation, a clear status, and a ready next step.
