The Application is executed under the terms available at the time of its processing, taking into account applicable fees and market factors.
The Company has the right to engage third-party liquidity providers and other partners to ensure the execution of operations. The Company undertakes to provide services in accordance with these Rules and applicable law, as well as to inform the User of the execution status of their Application and applicable terms. The User, in turn, undertakes to provide accurate, reliable and complete information necessary for the provision of services. The Company does not guarantee execution of the Application at a specific price, except where this is expressly provided for by the terms of the Service.
3. Conclusion of the Agreement
These Rules shall be deemed accepted by the User at the moment of submitting an Application for exchange. Information on the exchange terms posted by the Company constitutes a public offer. Completion of the Application submission by the User shall be deemed acceptance of this offer and confirmation of consent to the transaction. The time, date and parameters of the Application are automatically recorded by the system when it is created. The Application is executed provided that the User’s corresponding funds are received in full to the Company’s details, or from the moment cash funds are transferred to the Company in the prescribed manner, and subject to compliance with applicable requirements, including completion of AML/CTF procedures in accordance with the Company’s Policy.
These Rules shall remain in force from the moment the Application is submitted until its execution in the manner and within the time limits specified in the Application, or until termination at the initiative of one of the parties.
4. Procedure for Conducting Exchange Transactions
4.1. The use of the Service for illegal transfers, fraudulent activities or other unlawful operations is strictly prohibited. The User hereby undertakes to comply with these requirements and bear responsibility in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. If the Application cannot be completed within the established period for reasons beyond the Company’s control (including, but not limited to: technical communication failures; insufficient funds remaining in the Company’s account; provision by the User of incorrect, unreliable or incomplete contact details; provision of incorrect or incomplete Recipient details and other similar circumstances), the funds shall be returned to the User’s details or credited to their account within 72 hours, less the actual expenses incurred, if applicable, except for the cases specified in Sections 8 and 13 of these Rules.
4.3. The Company has the right to provide transaction information to law enforcement authorities, payment system administrations, as well as victims of unlawful actions who suffered from fraud established by a court decision.
4.4 The User undertakes to provide all documents certifying their identity, as well as other information in accordance with the requirements of payment systems and the AML/CTF Policy upon request of the Service.
4.5. The Company has the right not to provide services if the User refuses to provide documents confirming their identity or has not passed the verification procedure upon the Company’s request provided for in Section 8 of these Rules. Verification may be conducted both with respect to the User and with respect to the Recipient of funds under the Application, in particular when cash is issued or when there are signs of increased AML/CTF risk.
4.6. The User undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the Service, not to damage its software and hardware components, and also to provide reliable information necessary for the Company to fulfil the terms of the Application.
4.7. In the event of withholding, seizure or confiscation of funds by a payment system, bank or law enforcement authorities pursuant to a court decision or for other reasons to which the Company has no direct relation, payment to the User shall be made only after the Company has actually received the funds. Otherwise, the Company has the right to retain the User’s funds on their balance until full compensation of the losses that occurred through their fault.
4.8. The use of the Service for arbitrage transactions is strictly prohibited. If arbitrage transactions are suspected, the User’s account shall be blocked and the Application shall be cancelled with a refund of the funds.

In the event of a breach of their obligations, the User loses the right to make claims against the Company regarding the quality and timing of service.
4.10. In cases related to cash transactions, additional security requirements and confirmation procedures may apply, which shall be communicated to the User separately.
4.11. The User has the right to terminate the Application at their own discretion before completion of the transaction after the actual transfer of cryptoassets, non-cash or cash funds to the Company, except for the cases provided for in Sections 8 and 13 of these Rules. Refunds initiated by the User and not caused by the fault of the Company shall be subject to additional costs in accordance with Section 9 of these Rules.
4.12. If an amount different from that specified in the Application is received in the Company’s account, the Company shall recalculate the amount in accordance with the actual amount received. If the amount differs from that specified in the Application by more than 10%, the terms of the Application may be terminated by the Company unilaterally as not having entered into force, without the need to notify the User. In such case, all funds shall be returned to the User’s details, taking into account the amount deducted for commission expenses during the transfer. Similarly, in the event of receipt of cash funds, recalculation and refund shall be made taking into account the actual amount and possible expenses of the Company related to cash processing.
4.13. If cryptoassets or fiat funds are not transferred by the Company to the details specified by the User in the Application within the period specified in the Application, the User has the full right to demand termination of the agreement and cancel their Application with subsequent return of: cryptoassets — to the specified crypto wallet, cash funds — personally to the User, non-cash funds — to the specified bank or electronic account. An application for termination of the agreement and return of assets shall be executed by the Company only if the relevant funds have not yet been transferred to the User’s specified details. In the event of cancellation of the agreement, such funds shall be returned within 72 hours from the moment the request for termination of the agreement is received, except for the cases provided for in Sections 8 and 13 of these Rules. The Company shall not be liable for delays that did not arise through its fault.
4.14. If cryptoassets or monetary funds are not transferred to the Company within the period specified in the Application from the moment of its submission by the User, the terms of the Application may be terminated by the Company unilaterally as not having entered into force, without the need to notify the User. If cryptoassets or non-cash funds are received at the Company’s details after the specified period, such funds shall be transferred back to the User’s account, with all commission expenses related to the transfer deducted from such funds. If the User requests continuation of the exchange transaction after the period specified in the Application, the Company reserves the right to change the rate and terms of the Application.
4.15. If there is a delay in transferring funds to the details specified by the User due to the fault of the settlement system, the Company shall not be liable for losses arising as a result of prolonged receipt of funds. In this case, the User shall agree that all claims shall be made against the settlement system, while the Company shall provide assistance to the extent of its capabilities within the framework of applicable law.
4.16. In the event of detection of falsification of communication flows or interference aimed at impairing the operation of the Service, namely its software code, the Application shall be suspended, and the transferred funds shall be recalculated in accordance with the current agreement. If the User does not agree with the recalculation, they have the full right to terminate these Rules, and the cryptoassets shall be sent to the details specified by the User.
4.17. By using the Service, the User fully acknowledges that the Company bears limited liability within the framework of these Rules and the received cryptoassets or monetary funds, and does not provide the User with any additional guarantees.
4.18. The User undertakes to comply with standards corresponding to applicable law, as well as not to falsify communication flows and not to create obstacles to the normal operation of the Service’s software code.
4.19. The Company shall not be liable for losses or consequences in the event of an erroneous transfer of cryptoassets if the User specified incorrect details when submitting the Application.
4.20. In the event of a failure on the part of the payment system, such Applications shall be processed manually during working hours.
4.21. The Company shall not be liable for actions of third parties impersonating it. All contacts that are not specified on the website are unofficial contacts and may not be used for conducting exchange transactions or communicating with the Company. For security purposes, access the Company’s messengers and social networks exclusively through links on the website. When using the Telegram messenger, carefully compare the “Username” character by character with the one specified on the website.
4.22. When sending cryptoassets to the Company’s wallet, the User is obliged to provide confirmation of the transaction, namely: a screenshot from the payment history clearly showing the transaction time, the Company’s wallet address and the transfer amount, as well as the unique transaction identifier (TXID) or a link to the transaction on the blockchain. When sending non-cash funds to the Company’s details, the User is obliged to provide confirmation of the transaction, namely: an electronic statement from the payment system regarding the completed transfer.
4.23. The Company reserves the right to change the exchange rate if the User imposes additional requirements not described in the terms of the Application or these Rules:
delivery time specified by the User,
special requirements regarding the denomination, appearance and year of issue of banknotes,
delivery location specified by the User,
other additional conditions complicating the processing of the Application.
4.24. In addition to these Rules, certain exchange directions may have additional terms (for example: fees, limits, execution periods, verification requirements and others). The specified terms are displayed when creating the Application. Continuing to complete the Application means the User’s agreement to such terms. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the special terms, the special terms shall apply. By creating the Application, the User confirms that they have read and agreed to them.
5. Exchange Rate Fixation Rules
The Service uses the Binance cryptocurrency exchange to determine the current rate of cryptoassets. The exchange rate is fixed at the moment the required number of confirmations is received in the respective network, exclusively during the Service’s working hours, and only after providing proof of sending the cryptoassets to the Service operator within 30 minutes from the moment the Application was created. The Service hedges Applications using a market order; rate volatility may amount to up to 5%.
Cryptocurrency | Confirmations |
|---|---|
BTC (Bitcoin) | 4 |
ETH (Ethereum) | 4 |
USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20) | 21 |
USDС (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20) | 21 |
USDT (SOL, TON) | 3 |
When exchanging fiat funds for cryptoassets, the exchange rate is fixed after confirmation of payment of the Application is received during the Service’s working hours.
The cross-rate of fiat currencies is determined according to the market rate; in the event of high volatility, the currency cross-rate may be fixed according to the Service’s rate www.xe.com.
The amount to be received is determined according to the actual amount of the Application payment received in the Service’s account, except for the cases specified in Section 4, as well as Sections 8, 11 and 13.
6. Fees
The Service fee is calculated according to the formula:
I (%) = (P / L − 1) × 100, where:
P — the value of the asset on the Service website at the moment it is credited to the Service’s account;
L — the market value of the asset at the moment it is credited to the Service’s account, determined:
for cryptoassets — according to data from cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance);
for fiat funds — according to the market cross-rate (in the event of high volatility, the currency cross-rate may be fixed according to data from the service www.xe.com).
This formula is used to calculate the percentage fee withheld by the Service for conducting the exchange transaction.
7. Warranty Period
Within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the completion of the exchange transaction, the User has the right to contact the Company regarding matters related to the correctness of the transaction. During the specified period, the Company shall review the User’s request and, where there are grounds, conduct a review and take appropriate measures in accordance with these Rules.
8. Identity Verification
8.1. The Company has the right to conduct verification of the User’s identity for the purpose of ensuring the security of the Service, preventing fraud, as well as complying with applicable AML/CTF requirements and internal control procedures.
The User undertakes, upon the Company’s request, to undergo the identity verification procedure and provide the requested information and/or documents in accordance with the Company’s AML/CTF Policy.
The Company has the right to request additional information and documents not only within the general verification procedure, but also in relation to individual transactions, including if a transaction has been classified as potentially high-risk based on the results of an internal AML/CTF assessment.
Verification may be conducted both with respect to the User and with respect to the Recipient of funds under the Application, including cases involving the issuance of cash funds or where there are signs of increased AML/CTF risk.
The verification procedure may include (but is not limited to):
identity document (passport, ID card and other documents depending on applicable requirements and risk level);
selfie or other identity confirmation methods;
additional personal information (for example, telephone number, email address and other contact details);
information and documents within the framework of Proof of Funds / Source of Funds procedures;
documents relating to a specific transaction if such transaction has been classified as potentially high-risk in accordance with the Company’s AML/CTF Policy.
8.2. The Company, taking into account the risks associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, violation of sanctions restrictions and other unlawful activities, applies a transaction monitoring and risk assessment system.
Within the framework of such system, the Company may use specialized blockchain analytics and AML/CTF solutions provided by analytical providers that have established themselves in the market and possess an appropriate professional reputation.
In order to prevent circumvention of control mechanisms and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, the Company does not disclose the operating parameters of monitoring systems, including thresholds, internal rules and other risk assessment criteria. This information is confidential.
If the AML/CTF risk of a transaction exceeds the internal permissible risk level or the transaction requires additional verification, the Company has the right to:
suspend the processing of the transaction or temporarily restrict access to the funds until the verification is completed and the necessary verification procedures are passed;
refuse to conduct the transaction, including withdrawal of funds to third parties, in cases provided for by internal AML/CTF procedures, security requirements or applicable restrictions;
request additional documents and information from the User, including a photo/video with an identity document, screenshots or video from the wallet personal account, as well as other materials relating to the Application or source of funds;
request additional information and documents within the framework of Proof of Funds (PoF) and Source of Funds (SoF) procedures.
The request for information and documents is made exclusively from the official Service contacts specified on the website and is sent to the contact details (Email/Telegram) specified by the User in the Application.
If the User fails to provide the requested information or does not respond within 3 (three) months, the Company has the right to continue restricting operations under the relevant transaction until the AML/CTF verification requirements are fulfilled or another decision is made in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures and applicable requirements.
After all necessary documents and information have been provided, the standard verification period may be up to 12 (twelve) business days; however, in certain cases, the verification period may be extended depending on the complexity of the verification and the need for additional analysis.
Funds whose transactions are restricted due to sanctions restrictions or applicable legal requirements may remain blocked until the relevant restrictions are removed or the Company makes another decision within the framework of applicable requirements and internal procedures.
To reduce AML/CTF risks and the likelihood of additional transaction verification, the Company recommends that Users:
preliminarily check addresses and transactions using AML/CTF tools or contact the Service operator for a preliminary risk assessment before carrying out an exchange transaction;
regularly review the current version of this Policy and other Service documents;
use specialized AML/CTF and blockchain analytics services to independently assess the risk of addresses and transactions.
A low AML risk level or absence of high-risk labels does not guarantee automatic crediting of funds or successful completion of an exchange transaction and does not exclude the possibility of additional verification.
The final AML/CTF assessment of a transaction may only be performed after the actual receipt of funds and taking into account internal control procedures, monitoring results and other risk factors identified during the verification.
8.3. The return of digital assets is generally made to the details from which the transfer was made or, at the Company’s discretion, to other details provided by the User, subject to the following conditions:
confirmation by the User of their ownership rights to the specified details and their verification by the Service security department;
completion by the User of the full verification procedure;
payment of the network fee, the amount of which depends on the blockchain network used;
coverage of additional expenses and fees associated with processing the refund.
The Company has the right to refuse to make a refund to alternative details provided by the User if such details cannot be properly verified or create additional AML/CTF risks. In such case, the refund may be made exclusively to the original details.
When arranging a refund, the User is obliged to provide confirmation of the correctness and ownership of the details to which the refund is to be made.
The refund processing period is up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment the User is notified of the decision made, provided that all Company requirements have been fulfilled. In certain cases, the processing period may be extended depending on the complexity of the verification or technical characteristics of the network.
8.4. Completion of the exchange transaction shall be carried out after the Company has conducted the necessary verification and risk assessment procedures, including:
completion by the User of identification and verification procedures in accordance with the Company’s AML/CTF Policy;
conducting a transaction risk assessment, including checking for a possible connection with sanctions restrictions, high-risk or potentially illegal sources of funds;
verification of the authenticity of the documents and information provided by the User, including identification data and, where necessary, additional materials (for example, proof of wallet ownership), if the transaction has been classified as requiring additional verification.
The Company has the right to suspend or refuse to complete the exchange transaction in the event of failure to pass the specified checks, identification of an increased level of risk or failure to provide the necessary information.
8.5. The Company has the right to refuse to provide services to Users who are located, reside or are residents of jurisdictions subject to sanctions restrictions, international restrictions or other applicable legal prohibitions.
Such jurisdictions may include states and territories subject to restrictions established, among others, by the European Union, the UN, OFAC (USA) and other competent authorities.
The Company also has the right to restrict or terminate servicing of Users in cases where access to the Service is made from territories with an increased level of risk or from territories subject to restrictions in accordance with the Company’s internal AML/CTF procedures.
Applications that do not comply with the specified requirements may be rejected without processing.
Additional information on the applicable AML/CTF procedures is available at the relevant link.
9. Refund Policy
9.1. The Company has the right to refuse to provide the exchange service and initiate a refund of funds if increased-risk factors are identified, including, but not limited to:
signs of violation of these Rules or the Company’s AML/CTF Policy;
suspicions that the transaction does not comply with applicable legal requirements or sanctions restrictions;
provision of inaccurate or incomplete information by the User;
discrepancy between the sender of the funds and the User’s data (including a mismatch between the sender’s name and the User’s identification data).
When making a refund, the provisions of clauses 4.8, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13 and 4.14 of these Rules shall apply, as well as the provisions of clause 4.5 regarding verification upon the Company’s request.
9.2. If the User refuses to complete the exchange transaction after transferring funds to the Company and before its completion, the funds shall be refunded with deduction of network fees, as well as actually incurred and justified expenses related to the processing of the transaction and refund of funds, including other expenses related to the execution of the Application, in an amount not exceeding 5% of the exchange amount.
9.3. Refund of monetary funds is generally made within up to 72 hours from the moment the request for termination of the agreement is received, except for the cases specified in Sections 8 and 13 of these Rules. The Company shall not be liable for delays arising for reasons beyond the Company’s control, including, but not limited to, the characteristics of blockchain network operation, delays on the part of third parties or technical failures. The refund period may be extended in cases where the refund requires additional verification within the framework of AML/CTF procedures, technical processing or completion of other mandatory procedures.
9.4. Funds are refunded to the same details from which the funds were sent, if another address provided by the User, if it is confirmed by the Service security department, except for the cases specified in Sections 8 and 13 of these Rules.
9.5. The User may not request a refund for an already completed Application.
9.6. If a transaction is classified as requiring additional verification within the framework of AML/CTF procedures, the refund is generally processed within up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the User is notified of the decision made. The processing period may be extended depending on the complexity of the verification, the need for additional analysis or compliance with the requirements of applicable procedures and legislation. After completion of the verification, the User is obliged to confirm the details for receiving the refund. If such confirmation is not provided, the refund shall not be made until this requirement is fulfilled.
9.7. If the refund is made in cryptoassets other than those of the initially used network, the fee may be deducted from the refund amount and is calculated based on the actual transaction cost in the respective network.
9.8. The Company has the right to charge an additional fee related to the processing of the refund, including cases requiring additional verification, technical processing or completion of AML/CTF procedures. Such fee may be established as a fixed amount and generally does not exceed the equivalent of 100 USDT.
9.9. In the event of an erroneous transfer of cryptoassets using an incorrect network, the Company does not guarantee the possibility of returning such funds. The possibility of return may be considered by the Company on an individual basis. The Company has the right to refuse a refund if its execution is technically impossible, involves increased risks or requires disproportionate expenses.
9.10. In the event of an erroneous transfer of cryptoassets to the Service’s wallets, the possibility of returning such funds shall be considered by the Company on an individual basis. The Company does not guarantee the possibility of return and has the right to refuse it if the refund is technically impossible, involves increased risks or requires disproportionate expenses.
10. Taxation
Determination of applicable taxes in relation to transactions carried out or received by the User, as well as their calculation, payment and reporting, are solely the responsibility of the User. The Company shall not be liable for determining the User’s tax obligations, as well as for the collection, calculation, withholding, reporting or remittance of taxes related to the use of the Service, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable law. The User undertakes to independently comply with all applicable tax requirements, including, but not limited to, obligations to declare and pay taxes arising in connection with the use of the Service.
11. Termination and Restriction of Services
The Company has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provision of services to the User in the event of violation of these Rules, the requirements of the AML/CTF Policy, as well as in the event of detection of suspicious or potentially illegal activity. In the event of suspension or restriction of access, the Company generally notifies the User by email or other available communication channels, indicating the reasons to the extent permitted by internal procedures and applicable requirements and, if necessary, the list of actions required to eliminate the identified circumstances.
If the User does not take appropriate measures within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of notification, the Company has the right to decide to terminate the provision of services.

provision of inaccurate, incomplete or forged information and/or documents;
use of funds or transactions showing signs of illegal origin or an increased level of risk;
